Since summer 2008 Herald & News readers have been able to access the latest local news online as well as in print.

We're proud so many of you have bookmarked us and made us your first port of call for community news, and now we need your help to take our sites to the next level.

At the heart of the Staines News and Surrey Herald websites are a number of hyper-local sites and we're on the lookout for trustworthy individuals, groups and organisations to populate these sites with community news.

If you're a school or club and want to spread the word about the good things you're doing, come and be a blogger.

If you're a local charity or good cause and want to raise awareness, come and be a blogger.

Perhaps you're about to run a marathon or do something exciting and want to write about your experiences, then come and be a blogger.

Or perhaps you're the person in the know in your community, or with opinions about your local area that you are burning to share. You guessed it, come and be a blogger.
