STAINES Lammas will have the facilities they need to be promoted next season, according to boss Nathan Wharf.
Lammas defended their Combined Counties One title without kicking a ball this week when Knaphill lost their final game at Farleigh Rovers.
But the Laleham Rec club missed out on promotion to the Premier Division for the second successive year because their ground is not up to scratch.
However, Wharf (pictured) insists it will be third time lucky next season.
He said: "We've submitted planning permission to put up some floodlights and a fence to Spelthorne Council and should hear about it by the end of the month.
"If we don't get permission then we'll look at a groundshare, but I think we'll be okay."
