Notre dame's U16 netball girls were clear winners of the annual Elmbridge Tournament.
Despite wet and windy conditions, they got a good start by thrashing Rydens 11-1.
They continued with a 9-3 win over Heathside and a closer 6-2 win over Claremont. In the final game ND raced into a 5-0 lead, and ran out comfortable 9-1 winners over St George's College.
The players were: Lucy Boiling (joint captain), Hannah Stainton (joint captain), Alex Yue, Elizabeth Wood, Jenny Rose, Maddie Brown, Georgia Kent-Braham, Daniella Johnson and Chloe Caddie.
The U14s had some tough matches. They had a close first game beating Heathside 2-1. They then played very well against Rydens with excellent shooting by Francesca Edwards and Jessica Chandler featuring in a 12-0 win.
In the final game, ND played steadily against Claremont with good centre court play by Bessie Hadley, Suzie Rose and Imogen Mahon.
They ended up winning 7-2 to claim first place overall.
The other players were Emma Robeson, Charlotte Larkin, Gabi Adach and Claudia Buffinin.
Elsewhere, the U13As had a tough start in their tournament, losing to the eventual winners St George's College 9-3.
But they bounced back to record good wins in their other three games, beating Claremont 7-2, Notre Dame B 9-2 and Rydens 19-0.
These results saw them finish runners-up in their age group. Their team was Joanna Simpson, Kirsty Marsh, Bronwen Lee, Alex Adams, Catherine Stainton, Felicity Green and Olivia Barrett.
The U13Bs, playing in the A tournament, had some tough games but displayed a good spirit and determination and secured a win against Rydens 2-0 and were placed fourth.
The U15s played three games and won one, losing two, and were placed third in the group.
They beat Claremont B 8-3, lost to St George's 7-3 and lost to Claremont A 15-1.
